The ERA-SHUTTLE project will implement temporary secondments of Research and Innovation (R&I) talents between academic and non-academic organisations, fostering cross-sectoral collaboration and talent circulation.
These secondments will be tailored to the specific needs of the selected talents, focusing on improving transferable, entrepreneurial, and research skills. Enriched with capacity-building activities, such as training and workshops, the secondments will support the development of R&I capacity in home institutions.
