The ERA SHUTTLE project is divided into several work packages designed to address key objectives and contribute to the overall success of the project. 

WP1: Management and Coordination 

This work package is dedicated to the overall management and coordination of the ERA SHUTTLE project. It involves the development of a quality manual, data management plan, inclusion, gender and ethical requirements, as well as the preparation of progress reports.

WP2: ERA Cross-Sectoral Framework for Advancing Cross-Sectoral Collaboration

This work package focuses on mapping partner’s R&I resources for cross-sectoral collaboration, developing guidelines and procedures for better use of partner R&I resources.

WP3: Cross-Sectoral R&I Talent Development

This work package is centred on R&I talent recruitment guidelines, the development of career plans, assessment tools for efficacy, and the implementation and reporting of secondments to facilitate talent development. 

WP4: Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer for Attracting and Retaining Talents 

This work package involves the overview of existing life-long learning tools and career development paths, actions for increasing capabilities of institutions and regions to attract talents across sectors, and network-wide & individual training and knowledge transfer.

WP5: Monitoring and Evaluation

This work package focuses on developing tools for monitoring and evaluation, as well as collecting lessons learned to assess the progress and impact of the ERA SHUTTLE project.

WP6: Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation

This work package is dedicated to the communication, dissemination and exploitation of the project’s results, including the development of a communication plan, project website, and the collection of best practices and institutional recommendations for better cross-sectoral collaboration.
