Our project is a crucible for training, secondments, and the celebration of diversity, designed to dismantle existing barriers and align collective endeavors towards a shared goal. Central to our mission is the advancement of the R&I ecosystems in our focus widening countries of Croatia, Poland and Malta – fostering conditions that attract and retain top-tier talent, and enriching research and career prospects. Following the strategic directives of the European Industrial Strategy and the European Skills Agenda, we are dedicated to the empowerment of R&I talents from widening countries, enhancing their abilities and broadening their horizons to excel in research and cross-sectoral cooperation.
