The ERA SHUTTLE project is organised into several work packages, each designed to achieve specific goals and contribute to the project’s overall success. 

WP1: Management and Coordination 

This work package handles the overall management and coordination of the ERA SHUTTLE project. It includes creating a quality manual, data management plan, and strategies for inclusion, gender equality, and ethics. It also involves preparing progress reports. 

WP2: ERA Cross-Sectoral Framework for Advancing Collaboration 

This work package focuses on mapping partners’ research and innovation resources for cross-sectoral collaboration. It involves developing guidelines and procedures for better use of these resources 

WP3: Cross-Sectoral R&I Talent Development 

This work package focuses on creating guidelines for recruiting R&I talent, developing career plans, assessment tools for measuring effectiveness and implementing and reporting on secondments to support talent development. 

WP4: Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer 

This work package provides an overview of existing life-long learning tools and career development paths. It includes actions to improve the ability of institutions and regions to attract talent across sectors, along with network-wide and individual training and knowledge transfer. 

WP5: Monitoring and Evaluation 

This work package focuses on developing tools to monitor and evaluate the project’s activities and results. It also involves collecting lessons learned to assess the project’s progress and impact. 

WP6: Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation 

This work package is dedicated to communicating, sharing, and using the project’s results. It includes developing a communication plan, maintaining the project website, and collecting best practices and institutional recommendations for better cross-sector collaboration.
